The Rosé Picnic is returning to the Canadian Film Centre, nestled within Toronto's prestigious Bridle Path on the historic Windfields Estate—following last year's glowing feedback on this stunning manor property. Cobblestone walkways, manicured boxwood hedges, and charming apple trees create a premium outdoor setting that feels like a countryside escape right in the city.
Minutes east of Yonge Street and south of the 401, with easy public transit access, the estate's lush gardens and expansive outdoor areas make it the ideal setting to relax, sip, and celebrate. Founded by acclaimed filmmaker Norman Jewison, the 25-acre estate is also a hub for creativity and a sought-after backdrop for Hollywood North productions. Returning for their third year, Barbados brings the warmth, flavour, and rhythm of the island to the VIP Lounge for an all-day cultural escape. Guests will indulge in the culinary spirit of Barbados through authentic Bajan bites and handcrafted cocktails, prepared by guest chefs and mixologists travelling in from the culinary capital of the Caribbean. From bold flavours to unmistakable island energy, this is a true taste of Barbados in the heart of Rosé Picnic. All guests will also have the chance to turn the experience into reality with an opportunity to win a trip for two to Barbados, valued at CAD$10,000.

The award-winning Chef Javon Cummins is at the culinary helm of the epicurean-focused Apes Hill Barbados. No stranger to the world of culinary competition, Chef Cummins has competed successfully against chefs from all over the world and has amassed many medals over the years. Naturally creative, his career has been defined by his imaginative and skilled art of food presentation.
Trevon's entry into the culinary world was much like the start of any great meal, building anticipation from the first bite. Seamlessly transitioning from a young boy experimenting in his mother's kitchen, to serving as the Sous-Chef at The Cliff Beach Club (one of Barbados' top fine-dining restaurants) by age 21, one can't help but be excited for what is next on Trevon's plate. Touring the globe as Barbados' culinary ambassador, Trevon has amassed a selection of the awards - Barbados Chef of the Year, Award winner at Taste of the Caribbean and Hans Schenk Commemorative Awardee. His achievements, his experience, his tutelage and life experiences have paved a path to continued development and unimaginable success for Trevon.

Alexander Chandler, professionally known as Alexander DaVinci, is a two-time international gold medallist and one of Barbados' most distinguished mixologists. A graduate of Top Shelf Academy, Alexander draws inspiration from Barbados' culinary traditions to craft cocktails that transform local flavours into elevated experiences. He has proudly represented his island across the globe—from France and Scotland to Dubai and the United States—and has earned top honours including Barbados Hotel and Tourism Association Bartender of the Year 2024, Caribbean Hotel and Tourism Association's Best Non-Alcoholic Cocktail, and a gold medal at Taste of the Caribbean.
Tanya Devonish is a Barbadian mixologist, hospitality professional and event manager with over 15 years of experience in the food, beverage, tourism, and entertainment industries. Renowned for her creativity behind the bar and ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences, Tanya has built a respected reputation within Barbados’ hospitality sector through her work with premium events, luxury functions, and international tourism showcases. Tanya has also been featured in the Barbados Food and Rum Festival and has contributed to some of Barbados’ most recognized events and festivals, including hosting Vujaday Music Festival, Soca & Reggae Festivals, exclusive celebrity and private functions. Since 2018, she has additionally served as a private bartender for the Prime Minister of Barbados. Passionate about representing Barbadian culture through cocktails, hospitality, and tourism, Tanya proudly continues to showcase the warmth, creativity, and excellence of Barbados both locally and internationally.
