Ready for some Soca vibes? We've got you covered! Summer Solstice will be hosting Dr. Jay! With over 25 years of experience in the Caribbean music scene, Dr. Jay is considered Soca royalty in Canada. His incredible talents have made him the nation's top-rated Soca DJ. You won't want to miss this!
Same location at our Rosé Picnic: The iconic Hotel X Toronto Stanley Garden, our annual Summer Solstice party will transform the venue into a sprawling 96,000 sq. ft. vibrant ocean of color. Situated downtown on the Exhibition Place grounds, accessing the venue is effortless via public transit, while ample paid parking ensures convenience for all attendees.

No stranger to the world of culinary competition, Chef Cummins has competed successfully against chefs from all over the world and has amassed many medals over the years. Naturally creative, his career has been defined by his imaginative and skilled art of food presentation.

Philip Antoine is a mixologist/liquid artist known by the bartending moniker 'Philip Casanova'. A multiple winner of the 'Barbados Bartender of the Year' title, he has represented Barbados at numerous competitions; all of which he won gold. Apart from competing in events as a culinary ambassador, Philip is the owner and lead liquid artist of the company Casanova Liquid Artistry, which specialises in crafted bottled cocktails.
